Business participants and sponsors of Aberdeen Art Walk 2026

Becoming a sponsor or participant in the 2026 Art Walk, is becoming a key partner in the resurgence in connecting art and culture to our community. You will host an artist, whether physical or musical, each event.

The Artist, their work, time, is all complimentary to the business participants. Musicians can be requested at a reduced (sometimes free) rate as well. We wan't to make this about getting people downtown, and into your businesses. During times that you may not be open!

Each business or location will offer refreshments (typically wine and beer) and hors d'oeuvre inside their business, from 6pm-8pm. These will be provided for free to patrons, for those business that do not possess liquor licenses, in congruence with RCW 66.12.240.

The business shall have one person on staff with a Mandatory Alcohol Server Training and issue Class 12 or Class 13 permit. And must limit provided beverages to one glass per guest, to be finished at establishment. We suggest small pour, tasting, to let the guests continue and explore the whole art walk.

One bottle of wine, should sufficiently supply 10-12 tastings for each guest. Refreshments will be selected and supplies by the participating business. Estimated cost of each event will be $30-$100, depending on attendees. We understand this is a cost, but it's a collective in advertising, resource, and fun. We're all in this together, so business participation is a must for events like this one to succeed.

Other ideas include coffee, Italian sodas, desserts, lemonade, or other unique ideas, if alcohol is not an option for your service and participation. We still want you to be included!
